Catching Up

This is more of a catching up post so it won't include reviews.

Here are the first 10 books I have read so far this year:

1. Maxene Novak - Loving Andrew - 3 stars
2. Ben Aaronovitch - The Hanging Tree (Peter Grant #6) - 4 stars
3. Lily Harlem - Muscling In - 3 stars
4. Kirsten Weiss - The Metaphysical Detective - 2 stars
5. David Eddings - The Diamond Throne (The Elenium #1) - 5 stars
6. David Eddings - The Ruby Knight (The Elenium #2) - 5 stars
7. David Eddings - The Sapphire Rose (The Elenium #3) - 5 stars
8. Richard Kadrey - The Everything Box (Another Coop Heist #1) - 4 stars
9. Richard Kadrey - The Wrong Dead Guy (Another Coop Heist #2) - 4 stars
10. Anne Bishop - Written in Red (The Others #1) - 4 stars

So far I found that I LOVE David Eddings' The Elenium series.  He has other books based on this world and I will get into those once I am on break.

Richard Kadrey is good if you like dark humor, snark, and some nasty urban fantasy bad guys.

I just started the Anne Bishop "The Others" series and am really enjoying that.  I'm pretty sure these are more YA but as I am so busy writing papers for school, this are the nice easy reads I need right now.
