41. Sue Grafton - "A" is for Alibi
I read most of Sue Grafton's books back in grad school but that was over 10 years ago and I decided to give them another whirl. I had forgotton how much I enjoyed her books.
In this one, you are introduced to the PI Kinsey Mallone, a twice-divorced former cop. In this tale, Kinsey is hired by Nikki Fife, who had been incarcerated for eight years for the murder of her husband, to find the REAL murderer. There are a lot of twist and turns and an unexpected ending. I really enjoyed this one.
