29. Laurell K. Hamilton - Obsideon Butterfly - Ah, another great book from this author. This one was a clear change of pace from the normal Anita Blake storyline. This time, Anita is forced to pay up a favor to her friend Edward who is an assassin. Edward, aka Ted the "bounty hunter," asks Anita to help him out with a case of particularly gruesome murders out in New Mexico. There is a lot of Aztec references throughout the story which confused me a bit at times but it added a nice flavor to the storyline. Two thumbs up.
