32. Stewart Wieck - Clan Novel: Toreador

This book is the start of a 13 book series based on the Vampire clans from the "Vampire: The Masquerade" RPG. After reading Robert Weinberg's books based on this "World of Darkness," I really wanted to read more and I was looking forward to reading this book. However, it wasn't what I expected as I had hoped it was more of a history of the clan. Instead, it was extended short story focused on three characters involved in a little "conspiracy." I was thoroughly disappointed. I may read the next book hoping to give the series the benefit of the doubt, but right now I wouldn't recommend this book.
